almost arrived
i am in peking now, sitting in one of these *free coffee - free tea - internet cafes* (they say it again and again and again in a high voice) drinking a cup of tea full with strange big leaves. i have to spent 6 hours at this airport and don't really know what to do anymore.. i am quite tired. i think i am travelling over 24 hours now. but i don't know. lost the feeling for time...the journey started after partying at the washroom (dj hell was performing) and having too much wodka-red bull my flatmate could finally convince me to leave at 5.10 a.m., cause my mitfahrgelegenheit was leaving at 5.30 and i needed to get my luggage.
DRESDEN: landed at the station 'bahnhof neustadt' in time and i moved into the car of 'mrs. catmom'. this lady was telling me stories about hosting many cats but my only concern was not to vomit in her car. i must have fallen asleep cause she waked me up at 7.15 a.m.: 'we are there'.
BERLIN: Great. 2,5 h to wait. i just sat on my 16 kg bag (i am a little bi proud that i managed to take so less) aftereating 2 big burgers to feel better and slept. must have looked funny cause some kids were laughing about me. After a 3 hours flight i landed 14.25 in moskau (2 hours time difference). missed the food, but slept quite good.
MOSKAU: i spent these 4 hours waiting time with eating a 6 euro sandwich (there was only one place to get sandwiches) which was very little and walking 7 times all over the whole cold and dark airport. but i was very happy to have gotten there cause i ve never been in a plane before where u can fold the seats like in a car and also like in cinema. crazy. i must admit that i was very scared when we landed: everywhere clouds, the plane shaking and a still drunken mandee - not a good combination..
half a sleep i thought at this time i could understand russian, making stories up and putting them together to a funny dream. i almost missed the check in then. 18.20 (local time) started the plane. i was sitting next to a chinese speaking russian guy who was reacting in my place, cause the world switched suddenly to just chinese and russian. ilya is the son of one of the guys of the russian embassy and about my age. funny. all the other passengers were one generation older.
after watching a movie about clones and that they get he world back we were talking. cause we had 4 hours of this 7,5 h flight left and didn't now what to do. both not tired at all.
PEKING: he helped me to get a chinese sim card (+8613641071724 if u wanna text or call me) and he will give me some tipps when i am in peking at the end of my journey.
the first i did with my new phone was trying to reach liwen, cause i didn't know if she got my message when i am arriving. she texted back immediately that she is picking me up in kunming and a huge rock felt from my heart.
so i am quite curious now how our plans will be. only 2,5 waiting hours left until the last flight to kunming (3 hours).
what can i say: i want a shower, that i can breathe propery again (flue got worse) and i think now i realised that I AM IN CHINA... :) exploring another country (a least a piece of it, cause it is as big as europe)
